Machine structure
Overall structure : includes a base, a fixed clamping mechanism and two machine tools. The fixed clamping mechanism is used to clamp the axial column workpiece. The two machine tools are located at both ends of the workpiece. There is a driving device between the machine tool and the base, which can make the two machine tools move closer or farther away synchronously.
Driving device: It consists of a controller, control buttons and two power devices. The base is equipped with guide rails, and the machine tool moves along the guide rails driven by the power device. The control buttons can synchronously control the working status of the two power devices to achieve independent or synchronous movement of the machine tool. The power device contains two sets of servo motors and ball screws. The motor drives the screw to rotate and drive the machine tool to move.
Machine tool structure: The machine tool includes a saw frame, a bed, a column and a lifting cylinder. The oil intake of the lifting cylinders on the two machine tools is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve synchronous rising or falling of the saw frames. A single saw frame can also be controlled separately.
Fixed clamping mechanism: It has a support frame, a vise clamping device and a fixed slot. The vise clamping device has two sets of spaced vises, and the fixed slot has a V-shaped depression that can clamp the workpiece. The machine tool sawing feed port, vise port and fixed slot depression are in the same straight line to ensure that the workpiece is fixed and stable.
Other devices: The side of the base is equipped with a travel control mechanism to control the moving distance of the machine tool and detect errors. There is a material head collection box below the sawing outlet, and a chip removal device and a chip collection device below the feed inlet to keep the machine tool clean.

How to use
When installing and using, place the workpiece in the fixed slot, clamp it with a vise, and control the machine tool to move to the appropriate position through the controller for cutting.
