Automatic high speed circular saw machine application

High speed metal circular saw machine is the equipment that uses the saw blade to cut the workpiece. It can cut metal materials quickly and accurately. It is widely used in the field of metal processing, especially for high-speed precision cutting of various non-ferrous metal pipes and bars.

Recently, the Shanghai ANTS team received an inquiry from a fire equipment manufacturer in Mexico. The customer needs to cut aluminum rods 75-115mm in diameter, 4.8m in length, 15-30mm in thickness and 0.25mm in tolerance, equipped with a chip extracter and automatic feeding device. We recommended to him a circular saw HY-120NC, which can cut 110 aluminum rods with a diameter of 115mm per hour.
