1.Base
The base is a steel plate welded box structure, bed, column fixed on it, by vibration aging treatment, welding deformation is small; before the left side of the electrical button control box and electrical distribution board box, the right side of the cooling cutting fluid box and water pump, the bottom four corners of the floor were foot bolt holes.
2.Bed
The working table is welded with high quality steel plate, 4 guiding rollers are installed under the table, 2 guide rails are installed on the base, the table is pushed forward by the hydraulic cylinder to achieve the function of feeding and retreating, the vise is fixed on the base, and the left and right movements of clamping and loosening are realised by the hydraulic cylinder.
3.Saw frame
The saw frame is a bow-shaped structure, divided into the left and right saw frame, beam, the saw frame is welded with high quality steel plate, welded with reasonable reinforcement, and the welding stress is redistributed and eliminated after vibration aging treatment, which ensures the stability of the saw frame. The active wheel, passive wheel, left and right guides are installed on the saw frame, and the saw wheel rotates counterclockwise when the machine is working.
4.Transmission mechanism
There is a worm gear box fixed on the right rear side of the saw frame, and the worm gear in the box is fixed with the active wheel on the top of the saw beam, and both of them rotate synchronously, and the left side is the passive wheel and the saw blade tensioning position. The rotary motion of the saw blade is driven by the main motor, belt pulley and worm gear box through two-stage speed change to transfer the driving force to the active wheel, and then the passive wheel is driven by the active wheel and the saw blade to realise the operation of the whole machine, and the saw blade running speed is four speeds.
5.Saw blade guiding device
The guiding device mounted on the crossbeam of the saw frame consists of left and right guiding arms and guiding head, the left and right guiding arms can be moved along the dovetail, and the distance between the two guiding arms can be adjusted to be about 40mm wider than the size of the workpiece. The guiding device is used to change the installation angle of the saw blade to make the saw blade perpendicular to the table. To ensure the cutting precision of the saw blade and reduce vibration, the left and right guiding arms are each equipped with a set of guiding wheels (rolling bearings) and wear-resistant guiding blocks, and the back of the saw blade is also equipped with a double-bearing structure that can be swung up and down appropriately.
6.Workpiece clamping mechanism
Clamping mechanism adopts clamp-type structure, band saw blade by the clamping vise middle sawing material, clamp-type clamping mechanism can fully ensure the stability of the material clamping and can be clamped small pieces of tail material for tail material sawing. Clamping cylinder with hand-operated threaded screw, minimum clamping size 10mm.
7.Saw blade tensioning device
Tensioning device is composed of tensioning seat, tensioning slider, tensioning screw, tensioning handle, etc. When the saw blade is to be tensioned, the saw blade can be tensioned by rotating the tensioning handle in clockwise direction to be in working condition. If the sawmill is in a long time shutdown state, the tensioning handle rotates counterclockwise to loosen the sawblade, and the sawblade can be replaced with a new one after loosening the sawblade.
8.Electrical control system: the machine is designed with a separate electrical control cabinet, all electrical components are installed in the electrical cabinet, in order to ensure safety, there is an interlock between each action. The main clamp is not clamped, can not work into. The whole system by the PLC to pass the signal, and finally can achieve the purpose of running the machine.
9.Cooling system: In order to prolong the life of the saw blade, prevent the blade from heating, ensure the precision of sawing, improve the quality of the sawing surface, and prevent the sawing surface from rusting, this machine tool adopts a cooling pump to centralise the cooling, and the cooling point is the position of the guiding arm. The coolant is recycled, and the coolant uses saponified liquid.
10.Hydraulic system: the hydraulic system consists of a tank, a hydraulic motor, an oil pump, a speed control valve, a number of solenoid valves. Solenoid valves and hydraulic pumps using domestic well-known company products.
