How to cut small diameter pipe with a bandsaw?
Recently, one of ANTISHICNC Shanghai’s customers in the UAE needed to purchase a CNC bandsaw for cutting 48mm diameter pipes. The client company (Excel Industry Co LLC), a privately owned multi-disciplinary engineering and manufacturing company based in Ajman, UAE, with three mills, several rolling mills and galvanizing plants, needed to replace their CNC bandsaw for bundle cutting. The customer’s pipe was 48mm diameter and 7000mm long and needed to be cut into bundles of 50-3000 mm, 91 bars at a time.

According to the customer’s requirement to cut 91 bars at a time, our engineers designed a hexagonal fixture with the following drawings:
Customers require a 4-meter feed frame, 3-meter discharge rack GZ4250H standard configuration contains a 1.5-meter rack, so we recommend that customers buy two more 2-meter racks and a 1-meter rack. 2 meters + 1,5-meter racks farther away from the placement of 7-meter-long materials no problem, the discharge rack is a 2-meter rack + a 1-meter rack.
In the end, the customer adopted our suggestion.
