Main structure
Sawing machine consists of bed barrel, saw frame, column, main transmission device, saw belt guiding device, saw belt tensioning device, hydraulic system, cooling system, clamping device and other accessories.
1.Bed barrel:
The bed bucket is a plate welded part with built-in coolant pool. The machine is installed by the foot and the foundation to bear the weight of the machine itself and the weight of the workpiece.
2.Saw frame:
The saw frame is the foundation of the sawing machine, which is welded with high-quality steel plate and treated by aging after welding, with sufficient rigidity.
3.Column:
140 double cylindrical, saw frame and bed barrel rely on the column connection, for up and down lifting movement, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the work; column is equipped with column sleeve, as a guiding mechanism for lifting movement.
4.The main transmission:
The main transmission adopts worm gear transmission, which is composed of the main motor, worm gear box and saw wheel, mainly used for transmitting torque to drive the band saw blade to rotate, in order to realise the cutting movement, through the belt on the pulley, it can be changed to realise three cutting speeds, in order to apply to the cutting requirements of the workpiece made of different materials.
5.Saw guide device:

6.Saw band tensioning device:

7.Cooling device and cleaning:

8.Clamping device structure:
