Product Details
H1-100/100 gantry band sawing machine is one of the series of products scientifically designed by our company by synthesising the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It features reasonable structure, stable performance, simple and reliable operation. It is suitable for cutting all kinds of ferrous and non-ferrous metals below 1000×1000mm. It is an ideal product with narrow kerf, high efficiency, material saving and energy saving.
Features
1.Adopting square column gantry structure, the surface of square column is equipped with linear guide rail. The structure has good guiding performance, uniform force, high precision movement, good wear resistance and long service life.
2.Hydraulic clamping with two sets of front and rear vise.
3.Cutting speed is controlled by hydraulic pressure, stable sawing and high precision.
4.Saw blade line speed adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
5.Saw blade tensioning adopts hydraulic tensioning.
6.The working table adopts flat plate type, which can be moved back and forth by hydraulic cylinder, and is suitable for sawing all kinds of materials.
7.the main structure (such as bed, saw frame, etc.) vibration aging (removal of internal stress process), can effectively eliminate internal stress, increase the surface adhesion, not easy to deformation.
