This sawing machine is suitable for cutting steel embryo with height ≤350mm and width ≤500mm, and can cut various soft and hard ferrous or non-ferrous metal materials after selecting appropriate parameters and adjusting different speeds, it is the ideal cutting equipment with high efficiency and energy-saving for large and medium-sized enterprises.
H-35/50S double column horizontal band sawing machine is a new generation of band sawing machine designed and developed by our company. Double column guided, reliable performance, beautiful appearance. Column surface are coated with hard chrome, anti-wear, high precision, increase the service life of the machine tool. Hydraulic lifting, stepless speed regulation, can set their own range, easy to achieve the best sawing conditions. The machine is hydraulically clamped for easy operation. Saw blades are guided by bearings and adjustable tungsten steel blades to ensure sawing accuracy.

●Double column structure (one big and one small), high precision, the surface is chromium-plated treatment is beautiful, wear-resistant, rust-resistant.
●Clamping adopts the combination of hydraulic pressure and mobile phone, easy and labour-saving.
●The main cutting speed of the saw belt adopts five-level speed regulation by belt, which is easy to operate, reliable to use and conducive to prolonging the life of the saw blade.

The main hydraulic components and seals are made of hydraulic components from famous domestic manufacturers, which have long service life, good reliability and long trouble-free time.
