This machine tool adopts the horizontal structure of main and vice-column to ensure the reliability, stability and advancement of the structure, and the function of each part has enough margin, and also ensures the high quality sawing precision.

Hydraulic system consists of oil storage tank, hydraulic motor pump, relief valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, speed control valve, pressure gauge, filter, lifting cylinder, clamping cylinder and conveying pipeline and other components of the hydraulic. The hydraulic circuit is composed of lifting cylinder, clamping cylinder and conveying pipeline. The electric system controls the electromagnetic reversing valve to complete the lifting and lowering of the saw frame and the clamping of the workpiece: through the control of the speed control valve can realize the step-less speed regulation of the feeding speed, to achieve the sawing needs of the workpiece made of different materials.

The electrical system consists of travel switches, terminal boards, distribution boxes, electrical operation boxes, operation panels, electrical components and cables, etc. The electrical circuit is used to control the operation of the saw wheel, the lifting and lowering of the saw frame, and the clamping of the workpiece, so that the sawing process can be completed in accordance with certain operations.
