Product Details
This sawing machine is suitable for cutting steel embryo with height ≤ 330mm and width ≤ 600mm. After selecting appropriate parameters and adjusting different speeds, it can cut all kinds of soft and hard ferrous or non-ferrous metal materials, and it is the ideal cutting equipment with high efficiency and energy-saving for large and medium-sized enterprises.
H-33/60S middle and lower double column horizontal band sawing machine is a new generation of band sawing machine designed and developed by our company. Double column guided, reliable performance, beautiful appearance. Column surface are coated with hard chrome, anti-wear, high precision, increasing the service life of the machine tool. Hydraulic lifting, stepless speed regulation, can set their own range, easy to achieve the best sawing conditions. The machine is hydraulically clamped for easy operation. Saw blades are guided by bearings and adjustable tungsten steel blades to ensure sawing accuracy.

The saw belt is equipped with flexible steel brush, which can fully remove the iron chips from the teeth of the saw belt and prolong the service life of the saw belt.
