Main structure

According to the use of each part, the machine tool is divided into the following parts: main transmission part, saw band tensioning machine pole, clamping machine pole, saw frame, cooling system, hydraulic system, lubrication system, electrical system and other components.

Main transmission part:

Saw frame:

The saw frame is a bow-shaped junction, divided into left and right saw frame box, beam, saw frame plate adopts high-quality steel plate, welded by reasonable reinforcement, vibration aging will be welded stress redistribution and elimination, so as to ensure the stability of the saw frame. The active wheel, tensioning wheel, left and right guiding devices are installed on the saw frame, and the saw wheel rotates counterclockwise when the machine is working.

Guiding device:

The guiding of this machine is divided into movable guiding arm and fixed guiding arm, and the movement of movable guiding arm is adjusted manually. Put the movable guide arm close to the maximum sawing size of the workpiece and then rotate the locking handle to fix it. The locking of the guide arm is manually locked by dovetail block. The top and side of the guide seat are made of hard alloy, and there is also a pre-guiding device to ensure the stability of the guide and prolong the service life of the saw blade.

Cooling and chip removal:

In order to facilitate the cooling of the saw and the collection of chips, the coolant can be automatically recovered and recycled to ensure environmental protection.

Hydraulic system:

This machine tool is designed with a hydraulic station responsible for the hydraulic action of the machine tool and the whole production line, all the valve components are installed on the same centralised block, and the action of each solenoid valve is controlled through the electrical system to realise the work of the machine tool and the production line. Hydraulic station mainly consists of a tank, a hydraulic motor, a pump, a speed control valve, a relief valve, a number of solenoid valves and other components.

Lubrication system:

In order to make the machine tool work normally, the machine tool should regularly add lubricant to the corresponding parts, the main lubrication parts and lubrication cycle are as follows:

Worm gear box: lubricated with gear oil, replaced once a year;

Guide column: lubricated with oil, add oil in the oil cup every month; Electrical system:

The machine tool adopts a separate manipulation cabinet, and all operations are realised by pressing keys.
