Main structure
Sawing machine consists of bed foot, saw frame, column, main transmission device, saw belt guiding device, saw belt tensioning device, hydraulic system, cooling system, clamping device and other auxiliary parts.
1.Bed foot:
The foot of the bed is a plate welded piece with a built-in coolant pool. The machine tool is installed with the foundation by the foot to bear the weight of the machine tool itself and the weight of the workpiece.
2.Saw frame:
The saw frame is the foundation of the sawing machine, which is welded with high-quality steel plate and treated by aging after welding, with sufficient rigidity.
3.Column:
There are main column and sub-column. The main column is a cylinder, the saw frame and the machine foot rely on the main column connection, for up and down lifting movement, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the work; vice column is a square column, equipped with a column sleeve, as a guiding mechanism for lifting movement.
4.Main transmission device:
The main transmission adopts worm gear transmission, which is composed of the main motor, worm gear box and saw wheel, mainly used to transfer torque, drive the band saw blade to rotate, in order to realize the cutting movement, through the belt on the pulley, can be changed to achieve the three cutting speeds, in order to apply to the cutting requirements of the workpiece of different materials.
5.Saw guide device:
