Main component function description
1.Base:
The base is welded with high-quality steel plates. After vibration aging treatment, the welding deformation is small. It is mainly used to install various parts of the machine tool, the bed, the saw frame connection support, the lifting cylinder and the clamping vise. The right end of the bed is a water tank for cooling during sawing, and the left end is a hydraulic oil tank.
2.Main drive system:
The main transmission system of the machine tool is composed of a worm gear box, a driving wheel, a pulley, etc. The worm gear box and the driving wheel are directly connected, and the transmission is stable and without impact. The speed of the driving wheel is adjusted by the belt, and various cutting speeds can be obtained to meet the sawing of different materials.
3.Clamping device:
The clamping of the machine tool is clamped by a hydraulic vise. A set of hydraulic vise is designed behind the saw belt. The oil cylinder adopts a screw rod cylinder structure. The movable vise is moved 20 mm away from the work-piece through the screw rod, and then The movable vice is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to clamp the work-piece.
4.Feeding device:
The feeding device of the machine tool is composed of a feeding roller, a worm gear, a worm, a hand wheel, etc. The worm gear is directly connected to the feeding roller, and the material is moved by shaking the hand wheel in front of the sawing machine to rotate the feeding roller.
5.Saw frame:
The saw frame is a bow-shaped structure, which is divided into left and right saw frame boxes and beams. The saw frame plate is made of high-quality steel plates and welded by reasonable reinforcing ribs. After vibration aging, the welding stress will be redistributed and eliminated. , thus ensuring the stability of the saw frame. The driving wheel, tension wheel, and left and right guide devices are all installed on the saw frame. When the machine tool is working, the saw wheel rotates counterclockwise.
6.Guiding device:
The guiding of this machine tool is divided into movable guiding arm and fixed guiding arm. The movement of movable guiding arm adopts manual movement. After the adjustment is completed, the locking of the guide arm is manual locking. The top and sides of the guide seat are made of hard alloy, and there is a pr-guide device to ensure the stability of the guide and prolong the service life of the saw blade.
7.Saw frame connection device:
In order to increase the stability of the machine tool, this machine tool adopts a hinged structure. The lifting of the saw frame is driven by an oil cylinder, and the bottom of the oil cylinder adopts a hinged type to avoid over-positioning and affect the stability of the saw frame lifting.
8.Saw blade tension:
The tension wheel is installed on the left end of the saw frame. After the band saw blade is installed in the driving wheel and the tension wheel, the saw belt is tensioned or loosened by rotating the torque wrench. set up.
9.Cooling system and chip sweeping :
In order to prolong the service life of the saw blade, prevent the saw blade from heating, ensure the sawing accuracy, improve the quality of the sawing surface, and prevent the sawing surface from rusting, the machine tool adopts a cooling pump for centralized cooling, and the cooling point is divided into left and right guide arms Location. The coolant is circulated, and the coolant is saponified liquid. In the position of the fixed guide head, install a passive chip sweeper to clean the sawdust from the teeth of the saw belt.
10.Hydraulic system:

11.Electrical control system:
This machine tool is designed with a separate electrical control cabinet. All electrical components are installed in the electrical cabinet.
