Structures
1.The bed: by the base, end plate, side panels welded into the frame structure. There is a large space inside the bed.The saw frame moves left and right in the cavity and contains cooling cutting fluid, which is welded with steel plate and channel steel.
2.Saw frame: saw frame for group welding bow-shaped box. Main motor, active saw wheel, driven saw wheel, worm gear box, guiding device, upper and lower guide head, band saw blade tensioning device and other assemblies. The saw frame body is made of thick steel plate welded into a bow-type box, has a strong rigidity
3.Guide device: guide device consists of upper and lower guide mechanism. The guiding seat on the upper guiding mechanism is mounted on the support plate of the saw frame, and the guiding rod mounted on the upper guiding seat is moved up and down through the screw drive to adjust the upper guiding head and guiding block to fit different thickness of the saw frame.The guide head and guide block can be adjusted to the distance of different thicknesses of the workpiece.
4.Clamping mechanism: the workpiece is clamped by the pressure plate, bolts, T-slot structure on the working table, tighten the nut to fix the workpiece.The workpiece is clamped by pressing plate and bolts, which are put through the T-slot structure on the working table.
5.Tensioning device: tensioning device includes slide plate, slide plate seat and tensioning handwheel. When the tensioning handwheel rotates clockwise, the saw band is tensioned.When the tensioning handwheel rotates in clockwise direction, the saw band will be tightened, and vice versa, the saw band will be loosened.
6.Cooling system: is composed of coolant pool, cooling pumps, valves and nozzles, used to ensure that the cutting area to provide sufficient coolant to improve the cutting effect and the service life of the saw band and the cutting section precision, to ensure normal cutting.
7.Electrical control system: the machine is designed to use a separate electrical control cabinet, all electrical components are installed in the electrical cabinet.
