Safe operating procedure
1. Band saw machine operation and maintenance personnel must receive professional training and main band saw machine operation and maintenance skills. Operators should ensure adequate sleep and stay focused.
2. To transfer the gear, you must first stop, then open the protective cover, turn the handle to loosen the belt, place the V-belt in the groove at the desired speed, and then tighten the belt and cover the protective cover.
3. The adjustment of the anti-chip wire brush should make the wire touch the teeth of the saw band, but not exceed the roots of the teeth. Please note whether a wire brush can remove iron filings.
4. Adjust the guide arm along the dovetail guide rail according to the size of the workpiece, and after the adjustment, the guide device must be locked.
5. The maximum diameter of the sawing material shall not exceed the specified, and the workpiece must be firmly clamped.
6. The elasticity of the band saw blade should be appropriate, and the speed and feed must be appropriate.
7. Cast iron, copper and aluminum parts will not be cut with cutting fluid, while others need to be cut with cutting fluid.
8. Saw blade breaks during cutting. After replacing the new saw blade, the workpiece must be overturned and re-dropped. The saw bow should be lowered slowly and should not be affected.
9. The operator is strictly prohibited from leaving his position during the cutting process and is strictly prohibited from wearing gloves.
10. When you are off duty, you must cut off the power, open the protective cover, remove the chip that is brought into the saw wheel, and do a good job in daily maintenance and cleaning around.
